“Welcome to the school’s absence line.

Please leave your name, the name and form group of your child and brief details of the reason for their absence.

Should your child be off school for more than five school days it would be appreciated if you would kindly telephone this line again to confirm their continued absence.

The school also requires a letter addressed to their form tutor on their return. Thank you.”
