The last day of term was marked by the most wonderful breakfasts imaginable for staff and students all at half price.   Showcased were the £1 deals (cheese on toast & a juice drink, sausage and egg muffins, toasted crumpet or a ham bagel and a hot drink.) The canteen staff also launched their ‘Loyalty Card’ Scheme. 

This  new term we can look for  further innovations like 'Breakfast in a Bag' and themed events led by departments in school.  (Talk already is a 'Measure a Celebrity' event by the Maths Department!)

Breakfast is a really important meal and having breakfast in the morning has an impact on performance, concentration and behaviour.  Meeting for breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere and spending a little social time with friends is also a great way to start the day and definitely less stressful than rushing to School at the last minute. 

The canteen is open every day between 8am-8.40am to all staff and students and the launch on the 28^th March will provide the canteen staff with the opportunity to showcase their new £1 deals (50p on launch day) which include cheese on toast & a juice drink, sausage and egg muffins, toasted crumpet or a ham bagel and a hot drink.  The canteen staff are also launching their ‘Loyalty Card’ Scheme where a number of paid breakfasts will result in a free breakfast.
