A number of students in our charity committee have spent the past few weeks organising a charity collection for Home Start. Pat Naylor, the Scheme manger from Home Start, was delighted with the number of gifts and had to make several trips to collect them!
Home Start is one of the leading family support charities in the UK and Home-Start Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre works locally to help families with young children deal with the challenges they face.
The response from our pupils and families has been overwhelming and created a great sense of a caring community at LSA. On behalf of us all at LSA a really big thank you to all families for your support with this mission.
