Results Days

RESULTS DAY: THURSDAY, 20TH AUGUST 2020

Results will be available for collection from school in the Assembly Hall at the following times in College order on Thursday, 20th August 2020:-

Curie:  08:30 – 09:00

Holmes:  09:00 – 09:30

King:  09:30 – 10:00

Lennon:  10:00 – 10:30

Newton:  10:30 – 11:00

Whittle:  11:00 – 11:30

Please arrive at school as close as possible to your allotted time and observe social distancing rules and etiquette whilst on site.  You will enter the Assembly Hall from the corridor at the back of the stage where you may have to wait at the required distancing before being guided in to collect your results which will be laid out on tables around the edge of the room in alphabetical order by surname.

Once you have collected your results envelope, please leave via the doors by the Dining Room.  You will then need to leave the school premises to allow the next group of students to access the area.

 

Further Information

  • Seating Plans will be available outside each exam room to enable students to double check their seat number.
  • Students need to make sure they take the correct equipment to each exam, e.g. black pens, pencils, rubber, calculator where permitted, etc.
  • All Exam Rules & Regulations apply for internal mock exam just the same as external GCSE & BTEC exams. For example, mobile phones must be switched off and left in bags and no talking or communicating with other students once students have entered the exam room. Data Protection Notice

Due to changes in Data Protection regulations, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has advised that schools make pupils and parents aware where and how our examination results are made public. We will publish our examination results in the Blackpool Gazette, LSA Express and the Lancashire Evening Post in the following format; initial, surname, number of passes and the grades achieved.
