Streetlife Donation.

 

Whittle College have been running a campaign to help Streetlife, a homeless charity in Blackpool. Today, Julia, a volunteer from the charity came to collect all the donations.

The idea stemmed from the work of Year 8 students, Ellie Mcnally who recently spent time collecting things to put in boxes to give to the homeless. 

The response from students and staff at LSA has been incredible and the students who presented the gifts were told how much this will help homeless people across Blackpool, especially during the winter months. 

There will be a Christmas party at Streetlife this week and some of the donations will be used to make up Christmas presents for all the attendees.
