Athena House Spread a Little Spring Sunshine with Lytham in Bloom

Students from Athena House spent the morning bringing a touch of spring to our school grounds, planting daffodil bulbs in partnership with Lytham in Bloom.

With guidance from the volunteers, our students learned how to prepare the soil, plant bulbs correctly and care for new growth. The group worked brilliantly together and showed real pride in improving the environment around our school.

This small project will have a big impact when the daffodils bloom in early spring, brightening the grounds for everyone at LSA and demonstrating the positive contributions our young people make to our community.

A huge thank you to Lytham in Bloom for their support and for giving our Athena students such a hands-on, rewarding experience. We can’t wait to see the results!
