Year 9 Put Their Food Technology Skills to the Test

Year 9 students have been developing their practical skills in Food Technology, with a choice of two dishes to prepare: fresh hash browns made completely from scratch or a fresh pasta salad.

Throughout the lesson, students demonstrated some excellent knife skills and showed great care and precision when preparing their ingredients.

There were also a few inevitable onion tears along the way, but students worked brilliantly and produced some fantastic results.

Well done to all of our Year 9 students for their hard work and enthusiasm in the kitchen!
