Celebrating Success in This Week’s House Assemblies

This week, students across all houses came together for our latest round of house assemblies, celebrating achievements, recognising student contributions and looking ahead to an exciting end to the school year.

A huge well done was given to our top achievers from each house, with students recognised for their excellent effort, attitude, attendance, contribution to school life and commitment to the LSA community. It was fantastic to see so many students being celebrated for the positive impact they make both inside and outside of the classroom.

The assemblies also highlighted the latest house point standings and recognised students who have gone above and beyond over recent weeks. From academic success to sporting achievements, leadership and acts of kindness, the assemblies reflected the wide range of ways students contribute to school life.

Students were also given a preview of the exciting house competitions still to come before the end of term. With more opportunities for students to represent their house, compete with friends and earn valuable house points, there is still everything to play for as the competition continues to build across the school.

Sports Day was another major focus of the assemblies, with students reminded about upcoming events, team spirit and the importance of participation. Staff encouraged everyone to get involved, support their houses and help create another memorable day for the whole school community.

The assemblies also included an update regarding our prefect team, recognising the important role prefects continue to play around school. Students were reminded of the positive example our prefects set each day through their leadership, support and commitment to helping others across the LSA community.
